Booking terms and conditions
Your booking is subject to the following terms and conditions:
►All prices are exclusive of breakfast.
►The price includes electricity, water and internet access (Wi-Fi).
►Daily cleaning and laundry service available on request.
►Payment in baht upon check-in.
Check-in from 14:00 to 21:00 – Check-out by 12:00
Other times by arrangement only
We will review your enquiry within 24 hours. If the desired guest room is available, we will send you our booking confirmation.
Your reservation becomes binding upon receipt of our confirmation.
Should the guest room already be fully booked, we will offer you a room of equivalent standard where possible.
Please note regarding pick-up:
Pick-up is arranged via a third-party company and you pay the taxi driver directly. We act solely as an intermediary. Therefore, we accept no liability for any issues arising from an improper pick-up!
