Booking & Payment
Booking Conditions
- Bookings are possible only by e-mail, in person or via our booking form.
- If the desired guest room is available, we will send you a booking confirmation within 24 hours or offer you a guest room of equal value.
- After receipt (proof of payment) of the deposit requested by us, your booking becomes binding and we reserve your guest room.
■ Only after receipt of payment the guest room is reserved for you!
Terms of payment
Upon receipt of our booking confirmation, you will make a deposit of 1 month's rent to the bank account provided to you.
From the 2nd month on, the respective monthly rent is payable in cash in Thai Baht on the 1st of each month.
If you pay the total rent in advance, we will give you a discount of
- 3% for a rental period of 6 months
- 5% for a rental period of 1 year.
Cancellation Conditions
In case of a lockdown (e.g. border closures, air traffic stopped) you can cancel free of charge, even at short notice, if this is considered certain or very likely at the time of cancellation.
In case of cancellation of your booking for personal reasons, the following costs will apply:
For bookings of 3 months
■ 30 days before arrival
> without costs
■ 15 days before arrival
> 50% of the monthly flat rate
■ if these deadlines are not met
> 1 month's flat rate
For bookings of 6 months
■ 30 days before arrival
> 50 % of the monthly flat rate
■ if this deadline is not met
> 1 month's flat rate
For bookings of 1 year
■ 30 days before arrival
> 1 month's flat rate
The costs will be charged against the deposit paid; we will refund the unused deposit to a bank account to be provided to us.
